Take the “save our bacon act “ out of the farm bill

I have read reporting that the house passed a long over due farm act with a provision “save our bacon act embedded in it. I am against CAFO’s which this act would protect nation wide. Our state has made it hard on rural county commissions to regulate CAFO’s and the results have been polluted wells and streams , noxious smells and unhealthy beef and pork from unhealthy animals. You can tell I am against this industrialization of raising animals. Imposing a restriction on states to regulate this development is an over reach of federalism on the states. Take this provision out of the farm bill.
