Stop enabling genocide
To: V.P. Harris
From: A constituent in Brooklyn, NY
August 21
The vice president should prioritize the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and reevaluate the administration's policy of arming Israel that has enabled the tragic loss of innocent Palestinian lives. Unconditional military aid to Israel enables the violation of human rights and the killing of civilians, including children. These funds could be better utilized to address urgent domestic issues like healthcare, education, and infrastructure. A just and lasting peace requires accountability for war crimes, an end to the brutal occupation, and a commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of all people. The United States has a moral obligation to pursue a foreign policy centered on human rights and diplomacy rather than inflaming conflicts through indiscriminate military support.
