Please pass measures banning the use of “surveillance pricing.” Pricing should be fair and personal data should be private. Surveillance pricing is harmful, unjust, intrusive, and wildly unethical. Connecticut, Maryland, and New Jersey have successfully banned it, and I ask you to take immediate action to enact similar policies. Thank you
