Congress’s Power, No War

To: Sen. Moran, Sen. Marshall

From: A verified voter in Manhattan, KS

January 7

I am a constituent in Manhattan. I write to ask you to preserve the power of Congress! The Constitution does not permit the President to make war independently. This Executive has been usurping powers not granted to it for nearly a year, and Congress has been complacent, abdicating its powers and authority. This has gone too far. Vote no on any War Powers resolutions.
