I learned that your campaign finances are being held at Citizen’s Bank. Many every day residents in our region have been trying to educative our neighbors that Citizen’s Bank is financing Core Covic and Geo group, who run the for-profit ICE detention centers that are illegal detaining folks without due process and detaining them in illegally unsafe conditions. I highly encourage your team to inform the bank that you will be moving your funds to another bank for this reason and then follow through. It would also be helpful if you made this statement publicly to educate more of their customers of the type of business they choose to do.
