Under the guise of making lemonade out of lemons, our Governor Greg Abbott has called a special session to address flood issues and how to prevent them in the future. But they will also be trying to figure out how to redraw voting districts to further favor the election of Republicans. We know much won’t be done about flood proactivity, excuse this issue has been tossed around like a hot potato for years. No one wants to fund what it would take.
