**Vote Against Age Verification Mandates — They Create Inevitable Data Breaches** Vote against any age verification mandate. The IDScan.net breach proves that no verification system can be trusted with this data. Hackers had a live feed of every ID the company scanned for over a year, 153 million driver's licenses including the Secretary of Defense's are now for sale on the dark web, and nobody inside the company noticed. That's not a fluke. That's the inevitable outcome of centralizing sensitive identity data at scale. IDScan.net had the certifications. They had the compliance badges. They had a whole "Trust Center" page. None of it mattered. Every age verification mandate creates exactly this kind of high-value target, and every high-value target gets hit eventually. People fleeing domestic violence, witnesses in federal protection programs, ordinary Americans who just wanted to rent a car or visit a dispensary are all now at risk because their IDs were collected by a company that couldn't protect them. Don't pass laws that force more companies to build more of these systems.
