Secretary Hegseth oversaw one of the worst US military massacres in recent history when 150 people, most of them young children, were killed after a bombing on an Iranian elementary school. After the attack it was revealed that US military commanders ignored warnings that targeting information was severely out of date. Secretary Hegseth also made extreme cuts to the Civilian Protection Center of Excellence that stopped work on compiling lists of places protected from US strikes like hospitals, schools, and places of worship. This was a catastrophic failure of leadership, oversight, and civilian protection. Support Rep. Ansari’s articles of impeachment against Secretary Hegseth.
