Immigrant children have no representation in court because of funding cuts. This is a disgrace! We need to protect them and help them through the system. This administration is considering incentives for people to have children, meanwhile we are abandoning children already here. This is a clearly racist situation. All Americans except Native Americans are immigrants! Congress controls funding. Put it back!
