Support H.R. 9694 / S. 5005, the Epstein Files Transparency Act II. This bill will bring accountability to the DOJ and closure for survivors. The DOJ is still unlawfully withholding more than 3 million files. This bill would let state attorneys general and victims to sue the DOJ for withholding or over-redacting Epstein-related files. It’s past time to bring all the Epstein files into the light. Americans deserve to see the rest of the files. Survivors deserve justice. Support the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.
