I urge you to vote against any funding for DHS. More senators are coming forward agreeing NOT to sign funding for DHS. I hope you will follow that lead. DHS and ICE are now shooting citizens and lying about it. They are the new "Domestic Terrorists" acting with impunity. I hope you are planning to say NO MORE! Thank you.
