I am confused and concerned that an unelected private citizen has obtained access to private personal information like Social Security numbers and other sensitive data on me and other American citizens without our consent. It is my further understanding that this person has also gained access to the US Treasury Department’s disbursement system, thereby jeopardizing the security of Social Security payments. I am asking in the most urgent manner possible that you initiate immediate steps to have this situation remedied and halted. Accountability and protocol must be followed in all instances where this information is made available to anyone, especially someone who has not received full vetting and thereby placing the personal privacy rights of all Americans in serious jeopardy.
