As a lifelong 70 year old American from Texas, I will be direct and clear to you my elected official. 1) for whatever decision you have made to not accept the responsibility of your sworn oath to uphold the constitution and actually do the associated duties of your job, freely giving away this authority by inaction to 1/3 branch of governing equation ( The Executive) You have done this as it directly involves you. That is unfortunate - and of course the American people will address this asap - to replace you with someone that understand their constitution assignment and is willing and able to do the job. Clearly it is not you. This is not political leanings of policy ideology - this is an attack against our constitution - own rich long history of government. It has meaning. Full Stop 2.). You now decide to act by placing a number of proposed bills within the Congressional process that directly attack 1/3 of our constitutional governing body The Judiciary. Specifically the Federal Judge system set in place that has been of late the country’s *only* safety net and doing its constitutional job by accepting, reviewing and ruling on matters based on law. This is what they do. However, in your wisdom and push from Executive you are seeking to punish and remove these judges because you don’t like their rulings. Or specifically the Executive branch doesn’t like these rulings. Now that is political- and unacceptable that you would actually seek to destroy our constitutional way of checks and balances that serve and protect the American people from authoritarianism! What are you doing? Do you actually want to be a part of history of a key player in the demise of dismantling our constitution? You will not do this! 3). You cannot vote to support any of this bills. You can NOT vote to approve any of these bills. Again this is America folks we have differences of ideology and ideas of policy. But we always respect the three (3) separate branches of government. I implore you to stop this now: you are forcing the American people to places we do not want to We do not want to have to take to the streets in mass to protest - But we will. We are there - if we must. We will take great pride in setting this right. Proudly American Do the right thing. Vote no on all of these bad bad bills
