A healthy democracy depends on free, fair, and accessible elections, yet too many Kansans face unnecessary barriers to voting. Long lines, restrictive registration rules, limited early voting, and intimidation tactics weaken public trust and silence voices.
Kansas should lead by strengthening—not restricting—access to the ballot. That means expanding early and mail-in voting, ensuring secure and convenient registration, protecting election workers, and enforcing clear safeguards against voter suppression and partisan interference.
Voters must choose their representatives without obstruction, fear, or manipulation. Equal access to the ballot is not partisan—it is fundamental.
I urge you to support legislation that expands and protects Kansas voter rights and ensures every eligible voter can participate fully and confidently in our elections.
