Supporting and strengthening state-level protections that: Prohibit state and local law enforcement resources from being used for immigration enforcement purposes. Ban profiling based on race, language, accent, or immigration status. Protect sensitive locations like schools, hospitals, and courthouses from enforcement actions. End all state contracts with private, for-profit immigration detention facilities. Reject any proposals to deploy state resources for border enforcement missions outside our jurisdiction.
