Vote No on the SAVE Act

To: Sen. Hawley, Sen. Schmitt

From: A verified voter in Springfield, MO

February 14

I am writing to urge you to vote NO on the SAVE Act. This legislation is legal voter suppression. It creates unnecessary barriers to voting that will disproportionately harm eligible citizens, including seniors, military families, married women whose names have changed, and rural voters. Safeguarding elections should never mean making it harder for lawful Americans to cast a ballot. Our democracy works when participation is broad and accessible. Laws that restrict access to the ballot undermine public trust and weaken the very system you were elected to uphold. Lastly, there is no voter fraud and you know it. Case after case after case show no evidence of voter fraud. This bill is voter supression, plain and simple. I expect you to oppose this bill and to protect the voting rights of your constituents.
