Every senator must immediately cosponsor S.Res.852 and publicly support its passage. Upholding U.S. and international law and defending American citizens are fundamental responsibilities of your office. Those responsibilities do not disappear when Israeli soldiers or settlers carry out the attacks. Israel gets no exemption from accountability. Since 2022, Americans killed in the West Bank include Omar Assad, Shireen Abu Akleh, Tawfic Abdel Jabbar, Mohammad Khdour, Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, Amer Rabee, Khamis Ayyada, Saifullah Kamel Musallet, and Nasrallah Muhammad Jamal Abu Siyam. Their lives mattered. Their families deserve justice. Statements of concern are not enough. I demand that you publicly support S.Res.852, add your name as a cosponsor, and work to secure its passage. Use the authority of your office to demand answers and accountability. To senators who already support this resolution: thank you. Now help secure the votes to pass it.
