What exactly are you doing while our democracy is being dismantled before our eyes? The escalating threats to our nation—from the erosion of civil service protections to politically motivated ICE arrests, from critical aid cuts to the reckless deregulation of industries that jeopardize public safety—demand immediate action. Yet, many in Congress seem content to watch rather than fight.
History will not look kindly on those who had the power to stop an authoritarian takeover but failed to act. Every day that goes by without strong, decisive resistance to these attacks on our democratic institutions brings us closer to irreparable damage. The Constitution, the rule of law, and the rights of millions of Americans are at stake.
I urge you to take immediate, unequivocal action. Use every tool available—legislation, oversight, investigations, and public pressure—to stop this erosion of democracy before it's too late. This is not the time for hesitation or political calculation. Either you defend this country and its people, or you will be remembered as complicit in its downfall.
2026 is fast approaching, and voters will hold accountable those who fail to act. We demand leadership, not silence. Do your job before it's too late.
