In what possible way could you ever justify blocking a bill to prevent CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE??? How can you look you family or constituents in the eye?? If you have a single brain cell and a beating heart, children have to be protected. This is absolutely unacceptable and unconscionable. The ONLY reason not to pass this bill is a guilty conscience. PASS THIS BILL AND SAVE CHILDREN. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. CHILDREN CANNOT BE ABUSED PERIOD.
