Maine Governor Janet Mills has responded to WH threats to pull all funding if they don't comply with Trump's unethical and unconstitutional executive orders by saying they will deny taxes to the federal government. As our Governor I would like you to support this position, and say openly and publicly that California will do the same if threatened in such a cowardly manner.
