Greetings, Senator. I am writing to seek your official stance on the Hatch Act violations filed against Secretary Kennedy. Given the nature of the recording, I believe it clearly violates the act. Consequently, I assume you will hold him accountable, as the Republican platform, which the president campaigned on (and which I read in its entirety—a first for any party), emphasized this as a primary political objective. If you do not support holding Secretary Kennedy accountable for Hatch Act violations, please provide a written response (text is acceptable). This is not my first interaction with your office, and to date, the responses have been generic and uninformative. However, this matter warrants a “on the record” reply from your office. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
