Congressional Website Missing Sections of the Constitution

It appears that Sections 9 & 10 of Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution have been removed from Congress’s website. I can think of no good reason why this has occurred. This leaves only bad reasons. This is unacceptable. Please provide an explanation as to why this has occurred. Failure to provide an answer will be taken as an admission of complicity and consent. I urge you to remember your duty is to the people and not party or executive. Additionally release the un-redacted Epstein files.
