My name is Caroline Lehman, I live in Albany and I am the chair of a social justice program at congregation Beth El in Berkeley. I’m contacting you to let you know that I strongly support Assembly member Liz Ortega’s budget request for $23 million for diaper distribution in the state. I hope you will support it also. We need to use far more of our resources to support mothers and children in every way that we can. I also hope you will support AB 2446, which will enable babies and children under the age of 5 needing medical interventions and which complements to above mentioned budget item. Thank you
