Don’t tax credit unions

To: Sen. Kim, Sen. Booker, Rep. Norcross

From: A verified voter in Cherry Hill, NJ

March 24

I have been a member of my credit union for over 40 years. It has helped me build economic stability and supported me with auto loans, a home bridge loan, and home equity loan for my solar panels. Credit unions are cooperative financial institutions that are member-owned, volunteer-directed and not-for-profit. Their success is directly reflected in the well-being of their members. Please don’t tax my credit union and put our community at risk of losing our member-owned financial partner.
