Where Are the Epstein Files? The DOJ Is Violating the Law!

To: Rep. Carter, Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Cruz

From: A constituent in Leander, TX

January 20

Where are the Epstein Files? Congress passed laws requiring their release. Deadlines were set. Those deadlines have now been blatantly ignored. The Department of Justice — under Pam Bondi — is in direct violation of congressional law, and you are allowing it to happen. This is unacceptable. No agency, no Attorney General, and no political appointee is above the law. Pam Bondi does not get a special set of rules. The DOJ does not get to decide which laws it feels like following. Every other American is required to obey the law — and so are they. Right now, the DOJ is openly defying Congress. That is not a paperwork issue. That is not a “process delay.” That is lawlessness. The American people have waited long enough. Survivors have waited long enough. Justice delayed is justice denied — and what is happening now is not delay, it is obstruction. Why is the DOJ refusing to comply? Who are they protecting? What are they hiding? These files involve systemic abuse, powerful figures, and institutional failure. The longer the DOJ stalls, the more it looks like a deliberate effort to shield the powerful while mocking the rule of law. Congress has the authority — and the obligation — to act. Subpoenas. Contempt proceedings. Funding consequences. Public hearings. Immediate enforcement. Use your power. If an ordinary American ignored congressional law, they would face consequences. The DOJ should be no different. Pam Bondi should be no different. The rule of law either applies to everyone, or it applies to no one. Right now, it is being openly trashed. Release the Epstein Files. Enforce the law. Hold the DOJ accountable — now. The American people are watching, and history will remember whether Congress defended justice or allowed corruption and silence to win.
