The constitution gives congress the sole power to control government spending. The president has been ignoring the constitution, defunding whatever he wants. Do not allow him to usurp the power of congress. Refuse to vote for a budget until he agrees to follow the law and spend our tax dollars on exactly what congress has told him to spend it on.
