Please please do the right thing and the smart thing and finish the genocide in Gaza. Please push for a weapons embargo so there's a ceasefire. I'm not Arab or Palestinian. I'm normally vote blue no matter who. I'm almost 40 and terrified of Trump. But I am also a mother and I cannot imagine my children going through what Palestinians are going through. Not having food to feed them, water to hydrate them, a safe place for them to sleep peacefully, medication they need. I just had a baby and I can't imagine being terrified of polio on top of bombs. Like I said, I'm not gen z, I'm not a far left person, I can't wait for a woman of color to be president and represent us other women of color, and I hate Trump and what he stands for. And I know that Project 2025 is what nightmares are made of. But I cannot vote for you if you don't do something real and stop this genocide. I will be forced to vote for Jill Stein unless do something real and push for a permanent ceasefire. And the polls say the majority of our party wants a ceasefire. And we want that money to be spent in our communities. Please do the right thing, I'm begging you as a mother and as a woman. Please make the world a better place, don't continue to perpetrate a world torn by wars like your predecessors. Let's show the world that there's a better way, especially when ran by smart, compassionate, regulated women. I hope you read my letter and give it some consideration. Most of my friends and family feel the same and are thinking of voting third party (all of us have been vote blue no matter who before this genocide). Palestine is not a one issue vote, it's everything. A women's right issue, a children's right issue, a disability issue, a climate issue, a discrimination (on race and religion) issue, a health issue, etc. You will lose the progressive vote, the youth vote, the Arab/Palestinian vote if you don't stop this genocide. Three swing states could be lost without a ceasefire well before the election. Please help us vote for you, please help us win. We don't want words, it's been 11 months of nothing but empty words, we want action.
