The Ellison family is days away from controlling CNN, CBS News, HBO, Paramount, and Warner Bros. simultaneously. You need to act right now to block this deal. One family owning that much of what Americans watch, read, and believe is not a media market — it's a propaganda apparatus. This merger should have been stopped by antitrust enforcement. It wasn't. The administration let it slide, and the California AG dropped the lawsuit after Ellison threatened to pull Paramount's jobs from the state. That's not a free market — that's leverage. The FCC and Congress have the authority to intervene, and the moment to use it is before this deal closes, not after. Restore the media ownership rules that existed for good reason and launch a full antitrust review of this acquisition. Democracy depends on more than one voice controlling the airwaves.
