I am thrilled that Liam has been returned to his home. However, I am horrified at the thought of the hundreds of children in detention centers in our cou ntry. We do not punish children for the sins of their parents. And we do not hold people in prison for paperwork crimes without due process. Send the chi ldren, the families, and all other ICE detainees home. They can wait for court dates with their families. Thank you.
