The Abolish Super PACs Act offers a straightforward remedy by placing a $5,000 cap on individual contributions to independent expenditure-only political committees. This reform is a vital step toward neutralizing unlimited dark money and moving toward a system that values people over corporate profits. California should lead the fight for fair elections and democratic integrity.
