I oppose any physical barriers in the Big Bend region of Texas. That includes Big Bend Ranch State Park, the national park, Black Gap WMA, and even downstream near Amistad. These barriers would destroy the rugged natural beauty of this region, disrupt critical wildlife pathways, enhance dangerous flooding and ruin a tourism economy for very little benefit. Border sheriffs have already stated immigration issues in the region are barely an issue. Please stop this project!
