Dear government brothers n sisters <3 :) ; NOTICE: This Act creates a new liability shield and Department not previously existing under federal law. No federal law currently titled Vehicle Manufacturer Liability Protection Act exists. 2026 VEHICLES MANUFACTURERS LIABILITY PROTECTION ACT Purpose: To expand all existing federal vehicle certification agencies into one whole new government Department that inspects all manufacturers vehicle defects before offering to consumers and certifies fit for consumer markets.. Section 1. Department of Complete Vehicle Certification (a) All federal vehicle certification functions are expanded and consolidated into the Department of Complete Vehicle Certification. (b) This Department shall conduct a complete inspection of the ENTIRE vehicle - body, frame, engine, battery, software, electronics, and all safety systems. (c) No Motorcycle or vehicle shall be sold in the United States without a Certificate of Complete Compliance. Section 2. Funding A dedicated tax on ALL automakers doing business in the United States (Ford, GM, Tesla, Toyota, Honda, etc.) shall fund 100% of this government’s Department. No taxpayer money. Section 3. Liability protection (a) Upon full certification, the automaker is released from all civil liability for that vehicle. (b) All liability transfers to civilian upon purchase n doing their own inspection before purchasing a motor or vehicle if choosing , which is protected by sovereign immunity. (c) No lawsuit may be brought against the automaker for any defect related to a fully certified vehicle. Section 4. Exception Standards of industry subjections to current regulations n rules currently applicable Section 5. Effective Date (as soon as yesterday) Effective immediately upon enactment.
