Our great state of Minnesota and our government are being attacked by both outsiders and even Minnesotans with misinformation about fraud related to the Somali community. Much of the information being spread on the national level is inaccurate and hurtful, not only to the Somali community, but also to our state in general. You have the opportunity to use your position as governor and as a member of the legislature representing the state of Minnesota to uplift our state by correcting misinformation. The fraud is not as widespread as being reported by the White House And most of the fraudsters had already been brought to justice before the involvement of the current DOJ. This campaign against the Somali community is only designed to intimidate, harass and to punish our governor and our state. Please be part of the solution and speak up with the truth. Be forceful in showing your support to the majority of Somalis who are productive citizens of our state. And be equally as forceful in expressing the facts of the prosecution of the fraudsters.
