The House just passed H.Con.Res. 113, 216-214, and sent it to a Senate where reconciliation skips the 60-vote threshold entirely. Bundled inside: $73 billion in new defense spending, $12 billion in farm subsidies, and the SAVE Act—all riding through on a simple majority. Very surprised to hear this bill bypasses the 60 vote threshold. I hope you will vote NO on this reconciliation. Thank you for listening.
