An Open Letter

To: Sen. Alsobrooks, Sen. Van Hollen, Rep. Elfreth

From: A constituent in Arnold, MD

January 25

I'm writing because I would like you to open an investigation into Scott Bessent for willifully refusing to comply with a Senate request. Senator Wyden has asked Bessent three times to produce these records: March 11, 2025, June 16, 2025, and September 2, 2025. Bessent refused all three times. On September 3, 2025, Wyden accused Bessent of being “a willing participant in the Trump administration’s Epstein cover-up.” On January 15, 2026, Wyden said: “Secretary Bessent is blocking investigators from following the money, and it’s long past time for him to get out of the way.” The person blocking access to Epstein’s financial records is the same person who oversaw the fund that paid Barak during the period when Barak was partnering with Epstein. Investigate them all! This all is tying back to the Epstein Files. If the DOJ was forced to comply with the law( which is ridiculous to say) then we would finally have answers to these questions. It would also help to determine just how far bad actors working in our government has spread and if anyone and how many in the administration are in collusion with a foreign power. #ReleaseTheEpsteinFiles
