The tariffs announced last week are cratering the US and world economies. This action has decimated my retirement savings, which I have been working for 50 years to amass. The Constitution gives power to set taxes to Congress, not the President. He has just created the biggest tax increases ever on people like me, your constituents who are working people and not billionaires. You can stop this insanity any time you want. I hold you responsible for what is happening right now to honest working people like me, whose futures are being destroyed by these actions.
