Stephen Miller wants to institutionalize disabled children. This is a level of capitalism sadistic ghoulishness that I come to expect from a cabal of ghouls that were produced by a Capitalism - a system of thought so selfish that it rewards the worst humans among us. Give disabled people MORE money and support! Get that money from the oligarchs by taxing them.
