The tech leaders are correct. Trump is wrong. AI needs to slow down and put third party safeguards in place. It’s beyond foolish to believe an octogenarian who can barely figure out how to use caps lock over 4 of the world’s leading AI-tech CEOs when it comes to this topic. With regard to Chinese competition, I’ll borrow a phrase my parents told me when I was a child, “if everyone else jumped off a bridge, would you do that too?”
