I have read several accounts of President Trump’s speech of last night. Each one is troubling to me. I know you are on the Hill representing us all back in WI, or at least I hope you are, Senator Johnson. If there was ever a time to speak out about your concerns of the competence of our President, now seems like a good time. If he actually l believes all the lies he spoke yesterday, we should all be concerned about the safety and future of our America. His lies only are meant to scare people about our very safe and secure election process. This is not leadership! It is fearmongering that leads to Authoritarian Dictatorship. I’m actually not surprised Trump needs to lie about everything since that has been his modus operandi for decades, but it is the people who believe him and quote him as though he were telling the truth that scare me. Please speak out against his lies today, while you have the chance to educate folks on the actual truth that our election system is safe and everyone should get out and vote whenever they are given the opportunity. Thank you for doing the hard jobs you are doing, especially at this turning point in our nation’s history!
