This is no longer a pretend-to-be-a-Christian game. We are real Christians who don’t believe that the president and the DHS have absolute power to manhandle hardworking US citizens. What happened to your colleague, Sen Padilla today was fascism in action. You are complicit in all of this. You and Noem have made all South Dakotans ashamed, embarrassed and deeply deeply troubled that you think and believe in your heart of hearts that cruelty and ignorance and Trump are king. Rounds, your family married into mine. Audrey is now dead. Your wife is now dead. Have some compassion for the living. This is a dark dark stain on American history, and you have spilled the inkwell that made it. Clean up. Noem must resign. Trump needs impeached (again). What a disgrace. What an embarrassment. My friends from Europe are afraid to visit us here because the echoes of fascism are heard in their ears and they don’t want to relive what their grandparents had to, but you, in your ignorance, are making it so. Shame on you.
