A FEDERAL AUDIT, ANTITRUST REVIEW, AND JUDICIAL RELIEF - GRID ACCOUNTABILITY We, the People of the United States of America, pursuant to our First Amendment right to petition, hereby request: I. AUDIT REQUEST An immediate internal audit and financial investigation by: Department of Energy, Office of Inspector General Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Department of Justice, Antitrust Division Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - Financial Crimes and Public Corruption Units II. BASIS FOR AUDIT In the State of South Carolina, the Office of the Attorney General has received complaints against state and local municipalities due to hiked electricity rates during a cold weather emergency with zero adequate response. We request to open the books and compare factual meter data against filed reports. On big broad scale’s We request a market analysis - pulling comps and comparables as is standard in housing - to compare residential rates, municipal facility rates, and industrial facility rates against other providers in the region. III. RELIEF REQUESTED We demand the Court change laws to reflect the interest of the people: Enact Federal law requiring mandatory internal audits of all utility financial transactions. Require mandatory federal audits of all digital and non-digital meter data, kilowatt usage, and delivery pricing to ensure open transparency and that no fraudulent activities favor state facilities or independent institutions.unless it’s going to favor us people respectively too. Open a formal investigation to hold states accountable for reckless behavior and abuse of authoritative powers where fraud is found.
