I am demanding answers.
Why did President Trump start an illegal war without congressional authorization? The Constitution gives Congress—not the President—the power to declare war. Yet billions of taxpayer dollars were spent on military action without your approval while Americans struggle to afford food, housing, healthcare, and basic necessities.
And now, after all the destruction, reports indicate that the United States will now be expected to contribute hundreds of billions of dollars toward rebuilding what this conflict damaged. If true, that means American taxpayers will once again be handed the bill for a crisis that should never have happened in the first place.
Where was Congress? Why were you not exercising your constitutional authority? Why were you not demanding accountability before the costs spiraled out of control? Why are you not acting now to prevent further damage to our nation’s finances, international standing, and security?
The American people deserve transparency. We deserve hearings. We deserve a full accounting of every dollar spent, every decision made, and every legal justification claimed. Most importantly, we deserve representatives willing to defend the Constitution regardless of which party occupies the White House.
Enough chaos. Enough reckless spending. Enough treating Congress as a spectator while the executive branch acts without meaningful oversight.
Your oath was not to a president. It was not to a political party. It was to the Constitution and to the American people.
Make the insanity stop. Do your job. Demand answers. Demand accountability. And reassert the authority that the Constitution entrusted to you.
