I am a Missouri resident and I am very concerned about the qualifications of several people nominated by Persident Trump to serve in his cabinet and to lead critical federal agencies. Leadership in these roles will have a profound affect on the success and safety of our nation. Confirming unqualified or ethically compromised candidates will weaken weaken our institutions and further erode public confidence in those institutions. Some nominees, such as Kristi Noem, Linda McMahon, and Robert Kennedy have little experience in the fields they are being assigned to oversee. Others like Tulsi Gabbard and Seb Gorka are under the shadow of serious allegations that may compromise national security and most certainly will undermine public trust. I implore you to scrutinize and hold each and every cabinet nominee to the highest standards, demand full transparency in vetting, and vote against any candidate who does ont meat the high standards of leadership and integrity required for these positions. Thank you for your dedication to public service, and please continue to represent the interests of Missouri and her citizens with the utmost integrity and dedication to the welfare of Missouri and the nation in these critical decisions.
