I am writing as a concerned constituent and a dedicated healthcare professional to express my strong opposition to any efforts that undermine U.S. support for Ukraine and to denounce Russia’s ongoing aggression. Given President Trump’s recent discussions with Russian officials and his troubling remarks that cast doubt on our commitment to NATO and Ukraine, I urge you to reaffirm America’s unwavering stance against authoritarianism and in favor of democratic allies. Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine has led to immense human suffering, the destruction of communities, and blatant violations of international law. The United States must stand firmly with Ukraine by continuing diplomatic pressure against Russia. Weakening our support emboldens Vladimir Putin and threatens global stability, including the security of our NATO allies. Bipartisan leadership is critical at this moment. I call on you to: 1. Publicly denounce Trump’s recent remarks and any rhetoric that undermines NATO and Ukraine’s defense. 2. Support continued military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine to help them resist Russian aggression. 3. Advocate for stronger sanctions against Russia and those who enable its war crimes. America’s global leadership and commitment to democracy are at stake. We cannot afford to waver in our support for Ukraine, nor can we allow reckless political rhetoric to weaken our alliances. I urge you to take a firm stand and ensure that the United States remains a beacon of freedom and resistance against tyranny. I appreciate your time and your service to our country.
