ICE leadership lies constantly. They claim that they are only taking targeted individuals that are a danger to the community and then pull up to random children on the street (who they know nothing about) and arrest them. They are rewarded for anyone they bring in - citizen or not - and have zero incentive to follow a particular strategy in order to meet their quotas. What the leadership is saying has zero bearing on what is actually happening in our streets. ICE is making the US a far more dangerous place to live. Do not support any funding for ICE. The organization is no longer remotely related to the goals it started with. Stand your ground, or get out on the streets where ICE is deployed and protect your citizens if it's so safe.
