The American people are demanding justice, and it is long past time for Congress to act. For years, Americans have been promised transparency, accountability, and the full truth regarding Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal enterprise and the powerful individuals who may have participated in, enabled, or concealed it. Yet the public continues to face delays, secrecy, excuses, and unanswered questions. This is not a partisan issue. Americans of every political persuasion agree on one fundamental principle: no one is above the law. Whether a person is wealthy, politically connected, famous, or powerful should have absolutely no bearing on whether they are investigated, exposed, and prosecuted for criminal conduct. The public’s trust in our institutions has been severely damaged by the perception that there is one system of justice for ordinary Americans and another for the rich and influential. Every delay in releasing information related to the Epstein case only reinforces that belief. Congress has both the authority and the obligation to demand answers. If subpoenas are ignored, they must be enforced. If records are being withheld without legitimate justification, they must be released. If government officials have failed to comply with lawful oversight, they must be held accountable. Oversight powers mean nothing if they can be disregarded without consequence. The American people are not moving on from this issue. We are not distracted. We are not satisfied with vague statements, partial disclosures, or endless promises that answers will come later. The victims deserve justice. The public deserves the truth. And every individual connected to criminal wrongdoing deserves a full and impartial investigation. The demand is simple: release all appropriate records consistent with protecting victims, enforce congressional oversight, and pursue every credible lead wherever it goes and whoever it implicates. Justice cannot depend on status, wealth, influence, or political connections. The American people are watching. We are paying attention. And we are demanding action now. Stop the delays. Stop the excuses. Enforce the law equally. Deliver the transparency and accountability the American people deserve.
