I am writing to express my outrage at ABC’s decision to take Jimmy Kimmel off the air. This is not a neutral “programming choice” — it is censorship, plain and simple. By silencing one of the few voices on late-night television willing to speak truth to power, ABC has sent a chilling message about its willingness to cave to political pressure. This decision undermines the very principles of free expression and journalistic independence that a national broadcast network should uphold. Instead of standing firm, they have embraced fear and authoritarianism. That is unacceptable. ABC has a proud history of news, comedy, and storytelling that matter. Right now, they are betraying that legacy. Encourage ABC to restore Jimmy Kimmel to the air and prove that ABC Network still values free speech in America. Take a stand.
