The actions of the White House regarding Kilmar Abrego Garcia are sickening. He should never have been deported in the first place, and the continued refusal to take accountability for that mistake or to provide any evidence that he is alive is abominable.
Furthermore, the administration's staunch refusal to follow Supreme Court orders to bring him back home is despicable and lawless. This is a clear cut situation. The Supreme Court has weighed in. He needs to come home.
Your responsibility is to the Constitution and to the People, not this president or any other. What the Executive Office is doing is clearly unconstitutional and a rejection of checks and balances.
Not only is this unjust for Mr. Abrego Garcia, but to the other 300 people who have been unjustly shipped to a notorious prison in a different country without due process. This is no different than a Russian gulag, and I would hope we are more just than Russia’s government.
