Block this $2.8 billion bomb transfer to Israel. The Trump administration is using Foreign Military Financing to hand Israel 40,000 bombs — including 2,000-pound MK-84 "dumb" bombs already documented in use on crowded civilian areas in Gaza and Lebanon. This isn't a sale. American taxpayers are footing the entire bill, with no proceeds returning to the U.S. economy. The MK-84 is so destructive that even Biden banned its transfer to Israel during the Gaza campaign. Trump reversed that ban on day one. Now the administration is preparing to send tens of thousands of them, including bunker busters that send shrapnel hundreds of yards through the air. A majority of Americans oppose additional military aid to Israel. This transfer should be blocked, and I expect you to use every available tool — including congressional notification procedures — to stop it.
