REJECT HR 5300 and Rubio's bid to revoke passports without due process. This bill will be used to deny American citizens the right to travel based solely on what they say or think, as decided by the fascists in seats of power. Even with an appeal, that appeal goes to the very guy who made the call in the first place. As it is, the provision granting the secretary of state discretionary power over passports is an obvious attempt to sidestep being forced to provide evidence of legal violations. This cannot be allowed. REJECT HR 5300 to preserve due process and free speech.
